These classes are set up as a mini 10 week course running once a week for a three hours per.
INTRODUCTION - CLASS #1
We will spend this time getting acquainted and I will instruct you on how to prepare your stock for the upcoming classes. I will give you information on the materials I like to use.
PEN AND INK HEART CARD WITH ENVELOPE - CLASS #2
I love the organic shape of a heart with it's soft edges .
In this workshop you will learn two, more challenging, patterns, some shading
I will supply cards and paper, instruction sheets, practice pages and pencils.
I will have supplies for sale with me the day of.
Bring your favourite pens if you have them.
FLOWER CARD SAMPLER - CLASS #3
This workshop will introduce you to the a brand new bunch of patterns for all of your doodling pleasure.
INKY IMAGININGS BUTTERFLY PAGE
We are going to work on something new...the butterfly page from my colouring book 'Inky Imaginings'
We will be learning how to fill up a blank page, this one with leaves and NEW patterns for the butterfly wings.
Bring your Inky Imaginings with you or if you don't have one yet, purchase one and start creating.
Materials you receive: Copies of the butterfly page to practice on, photocopy of finished example.

Like the heart card I will help you to learn four flower styles as well as new background designs. We will be working on practice sheets to get comfortable then you can complete your card.
I will get you started on your journey to discovering pen and ink work.
Materials you will receive: 5x5 mixed media paper and embossed card, paper to make an envelope, practice sheets, photo copy of patterns and information sheet and pen.

INTERMEDIATE PEN AND INK - HEART SAMPLER - CLASS #4 & 5
This workshop will introduce you to the simple art of doodling...it's as easy as that.
I will give you information on pens, ink, paper and technique for getting started with your journey to discovering pen and ink work.
We will be learning 12 basic patterns on practice sheets so, when you are comfortable, you can complete a 5x7 card I supply which is accompanied by a handmade envelope I made for you.
Materials you will receive: 5x7 Bristol card, matching handmade envelope, 1 2b pencil for shading, 1 .01mm Staedtler pigment pen, practice sheets, photo copy of patterns and information sheet.
PEN AND INK - COLOUR & SQUIGGLES - CLASS #6 & #7
This will be a nice addition to my regular pen and ink workshops...we're going to play with colour!
I will be teaching you how to create this squiggle pattern and then we will add colour how ever you choose.
We will be working on smooth bristol which gives it a polished result.
Materials you receive: bristol stock, 5x5 white mat for framing, practice sheets and photo copy of pattern.
WINDOWS...SO MANY WINDOWS! - CLASS #8 	
This pen and ink is more of an illustration than a pattern but the black and white contrast is fabulous in this one.
I will instruct you on how to find the best placement of your first window, how to build your compilation and then finish and shade.
We will be working on smooth bristol with ink
Materials you receive: bristol stock, 5x5 white mate from framing, practice sheets and copy of my finished windows.
FINISHING CLASS - CLASS #10
We will use this time to finish up all our projects that didn't get completed during class time.
